Refund & Return Policy

At Zoom-In, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any legitimate reason, we are here to help. Read our policy below to fully understand your rights.
1. Accepted Return Cases
We accept returns in the following cases within 7 days of receipt:
- Product is defective or damaged upon receipt
- Product is different from the description or displayed image
- Wrong product delivered (not what you ordered)
- Product is incomplete or missing parts
2. Non-Accepted Return Cases
- Used products or products whose packaging has been opened and seal removed
- More than 7 days have passed since the receipt date
- Damage resulting from misuse or negligence
- Products that have been modified or repaired by other parties
- Special offers and final sale items (this will be clearly stated on the product)
3. Return Procedure
Send us a WhatsApp message or call us within 7 days of receipt, mentioning your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and inform you of the decision and next steps.
After approval, the product will be collected from your address (at no cost in cases of defects and errors).
After receiving and inspecting the product, we inform you of the final resolution: exchange or refund.
4. Refund Method
Since all our payments are cash on delivery, the amount is refunded by one of the following two methods:
- Cash upon receipt of the returned product: Our representative delivers the full amount when collecting the product from you.
- Bank transfer or InstaPay: Based on prior agreement with you within 3-5 business days.
5. Exchange
You can exchange the product for another product from the same category or of similar value. If you choose a higher-priced product, you pay only the difference. If the product is lower-priced, we refund the difference to you.
