1. Site and Service
Zoom-In (zoomin.website) is an online store specializing in kitchen supplies in Egypt. We provide delivery service to all 27 Egyptian governorates with cash on delivery payment only.
2. Orders and Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed only after phone or WhatsApp communication with our team
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable or there is a pricing error
- A customer service representative will contact you to confirm the address and delivery time
- Orders through WhatsApp are treated as official orders
3. Prices and Payment
- All displayed prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT
- The only available payment method: Cash on Delivery
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed order price does not change
- In case of a pricing display error, we reserve the right to correct it before shipping the order
4. Delivery and Shipping
- We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days depending on the governorate
- We will not be responsible for any delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control (holidays, strikes, weather conditions)
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct address and phone number to complete delivery
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (images, texts, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Zoom-In Kitchen Supplies and protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zoom-In is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of products. All our products undergo quality inspection before shipping.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. In case of any dispute, amicable resolution through direct contact with us is preferred first.
8. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
